Introduction: We like to set up a virtual meeting so we can get to know each other. This allows me to learn more about your vision and ideas for your special event. We'll discuss ideas and relate on what your expectations are and overall budget for your event.

Proposal: You will be provided a proposal/quote based on your wants/needs and outlined budget. Each service we provide will be tailored to your needs and executed to perfection. We want to stress our unique ability in making most any budget create a breathtaking experience.

Design: Creating the perfect essence and vibe for your event is important. That being said, we work with you in designing all aspects to deliver a clear vision and representation of your style, brand or message. From invitations to ballrooms, outdoor gardens, flowers, centerpieces, favors, menu, seating, linens, the list goes on! We do it all. 

Vendors: All vendors are selected based upon the client's budget and style. We are open to all vendor options. However, we have developed great connections with many vendors, and can provide an array of amazing options for our clients to choose from, each being hand selected for their excellence and professional delivery.

Budget: When it comes to your special event, we don't think that you should have to skimp on style or taste. That’s why we offer a variety of services for any budget to create a flawless and fabulous event. Dawn Denice Events offers a flat fee structure, allowing our clients to have peace of mind with overall costs upfront, with no surprises.  We pride ourselves on our clients feeling as though they received more than their monies worth for their event. We bring a high level of integrity, honesty and reliability in appropriately allocating our client's event budget.

Meetings: In catering to each client and based on our client's needs for their upcoming planned event, all meetings are scheduled in condition to the needs of the event and tasks at hand.  Our goal is to create a seamless flow in planning, while continuing to provide a transparency in communication and delivery of service ongoing, leading up to the event.
